One of Earth’s shimmering dust clouds has been spotted at last

It’s taken more than five decades for astronomers to confirm the clouds exist

a dust satellite

NOW YOU SEE IT  By using a special filter on a telescope, Hungarian astronomers have finally spotted evidence of one of Earth’s elusive dust satellites. The cloud (bright red) is located in a gravitational dead zone (L5) near the moon.
